The People on the Move

The events in Wisconsin and the Middle East are propelling an historical labor and human rights movement in defense of workers, the middle class, the poor, women, children, and all other oppressed groups across the globe. It will be violent at times as the people are attacked; it will be messy, but it will be unstoppabl­e until the rich, the CEOs, the dictators, the thugs, and especially the extreme right are finished. No matter how much they gasp in outrage and kvetch, no matter how they threaten and bludgeon, this movement will spread throughout the planet; it will take years to realize its mission to free all people from oppression­, but it will happen. The Sleeping Giant is awake and on the move.
